Myositis is a weightlifters worst enemy. As you know, this is the term for what happens when your muscles become sore. This soreness is usually caused by an intense workout. Although it is an extremely common thing to have happen, it still doesn't make having it happen fun. I am all about stopping myositis using any techniques I can. At the very least, I want to be less sore after my workouts so I will be trying stuff to let you know what works best!
